Anita has been with SIC since November 2000. Anita's areas of responsibility include; office manager, billing department manager, service of in force groups, coordinate renewals, assist with enrollments and employee education, manage our association business from sales, service and billing. Anita is also responsible for individual and group sales.

Anita Morphy has been in the group insurance industry for over 20 years Anita began her insurance career as a claims adjuster with Provident Life & Accident in 1983. After many advances, Anita settled into a Senior Service Representative position with Provident Life & Accident. Through company acquisitions, Anita was also a Senior Service Representative with Healthsource of SC and Cigna Insurance Company servicing many of their larger clients and association business.

In 1995, Anita accepted a position with Mid-South Insurance Company as a Regional Service Manager responsible for clients in SC, NC and GA. Anita worked very closely with underwriting, claims and administration in providing superior service to her clients.

Anita accepted a position with Kanawha HealthCare in 1998 as a Sales Representative for eastern South Carolina responsible for selling to partially self-funded clients. During Anita's employment with Kanawha HealthCare, Anita greatly enhanced her knowledge of the partially self-funded market to include provider and network discounts.
