Janet Plaehn joined SIC June 2002. She is a Customer Service Representative handling issues in billing, eligibility enrollment and selling. Prior to joining us Ms. Plaehn has 20 years in extensive administration experience. Eight years has been in the medical health field. Janet is licensed as a Life and Health agent in the State of South Carolina, and a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.
